We invite you to join the If Vilnius Half Marathon together with your colleagues and prove to everyone that you are the best not only in business but also in running! Register your team at https://manobegimas.lt/event/63, complete the selected distances on 24 May and proudly wear your event medals!

How do I register my company team?

Complete the registration form by entering each participant’s information individually and selecting the button: “Add participant”

OR

1. at https://manobegimas.lt/registration/63 click on “SUBMIT FILE” and then “DOWNLOAD”.
2. Once the excel file has been downloaded, it should be filled in neatly. Please note that there is a separate sheet for each distance. Do not delete unnecessary columns or change places. Date of birth format: yyyy-mm-dd.
3. Once you have completed the file, return to the same link, “SUBMIT FILE” – “SELECT AND SUBMIT”.

Finally, you will only need to enter the rest of your company’s details and submit your registration. A pre-invoice will be generated for you. Once you have paid within 7 days, you will be confirmed as a participant and receive an invoice.

After payment of the invoice, please send a copy of the payment to info@vilniauspusmaratonis.lt

Participants are confirmed only after receipt of payment.

COLLECTION OF PARTICIPANTS’ PACKAGES

If you wish to have one authorised person pick up the participant’s packets for the whole team, please inform the organisers by email. In this case, please indicate in the email the name of the person who will come to pick up the COMPANY’S NAME and his/her TELEPHONE NUMBER. An SMS will be sent to the phone number provided when all the team’s packages are ready for collection. PLEASE NOTE that if you do not receive a confirmation SMS or if you arrive at the Information Centre with your list of participants, the packages will not be prepared urgently.
