Who is insured against running accidents?

Registered “If” Vilnius half-marathon participants who have indicated their name, surname, and year of birth* in the registration form and paid the registration fee.

*The participant ensures that the personal data is submitted correctly, otherwise the insurance service will not be applied.

What are participants covered against?

Registered participants are insured against death, disability and injury. The insurance amount is EUR 5,000. The insurance payout is calculated according to the payout table provided in the insurance rules. Please note that this coverage does not apply to minor bruises or sprains.

When is the insurance valid?

The insurance is valid on May 25, 2024, when running any distance in the “If” Vilnius half-marathon.

The insurance does not apply if the accident occurred outside of the run (eg if the participant was injured while watching the run or driving home after the event).

Write to sveikata.zalos@if.lt, and indicate that you are a participant in the “If” Vilnius half-marathon.
