TIME LIMIT

The expected time limit for the match is 90 min.*

*10 km intermediate time limits (from the starting shot, i.e. according to the official time):

  • At 1 km – 15 min
  • At 5 km – 45 min
  • At 6 km – 55 min

If the participants of the 10 km distance do not overcome the intermediate time limits within the stipulated time, the tracks may be reformed and opened for traffic, and the participants will be disqualified.

AGE LIMITATION

There are no age restrictions for this distance.

Persons under the age of 18 must submit a completed and signed parental consent form when collecting their participant number.
