class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>PARTICIPANTS<\/span><\/a><div id=\"accordion-1383512835-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-1383512835-label\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">All individuals who complete the registration form, pay the registration fee (according to the selected distance), and confirm their health status may participate. Participation is voluntary, and participants assume full responsibility for all risks related to participation (including health issues) and agree not to make any claims against the organizers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">When collecting the start package (which includes the bib number with timing chip, cloakroom sticker, etc.), runners must present an identity document or a copy. To collect another participant\u2019s package, a copy\/photo of their ID must be presented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">By registering, participants agree that photos and video recordings taken during the event may be freely used by the organizers for marketing purposes without additional consent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">Participants under 18 years of age must submit a completed and signed consent form confirming parental\/guardian\/coach permission and supervision during the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">By registering, the participant confirms awareness of the physical demands of the event, confirms having checked their health condition, and agrees to provide medical confirmation upon request. If organizers suspect an unsuitable health condition, the participant must stop participating and consult a doctor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1785\">Participants acknowledge that organizers are not responsible for any health damage or loss of life. All risks related to injuries, health issues, and accidents rest solely with the participant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"accordion-1004930012\" class=\"accordion-item\"><a id=\"accordion-1004930012-label\" href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-1004930012-content\"><button class=\"toggle\" aria-label=\"Toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>CITIZENS OF RUSSIA AND BELARUS<\/span><\/a><div id=\"accordion-1004930012-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-1004930012-label\">\n<p data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"3103\">All athletes from Russia and Belarus agree to compete without ranking eligibility and are not eligible for prizes or awards. Professional athletes are not allowed to participate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3225\">All Russian and Belarusian citizens with Lithuanian residence permits must pay the registration fee via bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3258\">Each participant must submit:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3423\">\n<li data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3299\">\n<p data-start=\"3262\" data-end=\"3299\">A valid Lithuanian residence permit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3301\" data-end=\"3401\">\n<p data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3401\">A signed statement (in Lithuanian or English) expressing opposition to Russia\u2019s military actions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3423\">\n<p data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3423\">Proof of payment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3427\" data-end=\"3621\">Participants must inform organizers via <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3467\" data-end=\"3495\">info@vilniauspusmaratonis.lt<\/a> that documents will be delivered at bib pickup. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and refund after the event.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3625\" data-end=\"3870\">According to Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Lithuanian Athletics Federation recommendations, Russian and Belarusian citizens are prohibited from participating unless they hold an official Lithuanian residence permit valid during the event.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"4029\">Organizers reserve the right to request additional documents or deny participation without further explanation (registration fee refunded after the event).<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4033\" data-end=\"4052\">\u00a0<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"accordion-3664256308\" class=\"accordion-item\"><a id=\"accordion-3664256308-label\" href=\"#\" consent form when collecting bibs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4147\" data-end=\"4230\">\n<p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4230\">Children under 6 years (inclusive) may run accompanied by a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4319\">\n<p data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4319\">Parents\/guardians must write a contact phone number on the back of the child\u2019s bib.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4403\">\n<p data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4403\">Storage services are not provided for children\u2019s run participants\u2019 prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4588\" data-end=\"4675\">\n<p data-start=\"4590\" data-end=\"4675\">Use of bicycles, skates, scooters, or wheeled vehicles on the course is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4677\" data-end=\"4713\">\n<p data-start=\"4679\" data-end=\"4713\">Personal escorts are prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4715\" data-end=\"4753\">\n<p data-start=\"4717\" data-end=\"4753\">External assistance is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4755\" data-end=\"4791\">\n<p data-start=\"4757\" data-end=\"4791\">Running with pets is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4793\" data-end=\"4860\">\n<p data-start=\"4795\" data-end=\"4860\">Bib numbers must be visibly attached to the front of the shirt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4862\" data-end=\"4926\">\n<p data-start=\"4864\" data-end=\"4926\">Leaving the course without referee permission is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4928\" data-end=\"4984\">\n<p data-start=\"4930\" data-end=\"4984\">Finish area must be exited through designated exits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4986\" data-end=\"5080\">\n<p data-start=\"4988\" data-end=\"5080\">Crossing the timing control zone after finishing is prohibited (results will be annulled).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div
